By the end of October I will be 30 years old. I've been asked to come up with some presents that I'd like to get from my family. Trouble is, most things I really want, I can't ask for. They either want to give it or they don't, and they don't. So I need to think of alternatives. That led me to thinking about my condition and the things I'd like to get or do in my life. Such as...
- I'd like to learn how to ride a horse.
- I'd like to have some physiotherapy, massages, treatments of any kind that will help with the pains in my knees and my back and improve my physical state in general.
- I'd like to fly to America and spend some time with my own personal mad hare.
- I'd like to go to some nice, quiet place, where the wind blows softly and the trees dance slowly, and just stay there for a while, and breathe.
- I'd like to throw a slumber party for all my friends from around the world.
- I'd like go to a live figure skating event at least once before I die.
- I'd like to feed squirrels in a nice green park somewhere.
- I'd like for someone to put their arms around me and say "sshhhh... it's OK".
- I'd like to get a medal for something. Don't know what.
- I'd like to see some of my work published some day.
- I'd like to learn how to speak Elvish. Sindarin, mostly.
- I'd like to go far, far away and forget about everything for a while.
Including birthdays.
